Toni is fantastic. She was the only person groomer in the area happy to clip my cat without having sedation. Very informative on what to feed my cat who on weighing him needs lose weight. Toni does not try to up sell products.  Great service and price. Clean and tidy work areas. Very happy customer. Highly recommend. Will be a returning client.

Really unprofessional, Toni hired a young girl for a trial with the possibility of ongoing work. 3 week trial which is longer than usual for any business with no pay. This young girls first opportunity for a job. Toni just stopped contacting and replying to her with no feedback whatsoever. Basically just had her working for free for nearly a month. As a business owner myself the importance of feed back is absolutely imperative if something isn’t working out and definitely should be provided to a young person who is trying to learn and gain skills in the work force. Pretty disappointing to see this happen.
