Tom Grady Rural Merchandise Store

Sorry guys, but the service at Tom Grady's, Tozer Street is appalling. Stood around and waited for over 15 minutes to get served while the staff stood around chatting, ignoring me. They were not busy, in fact there was only one other person there. Two other vehicles turned up after me and they ended up loading their own produce then going inside and paying for it. I suffered two fractured vertebrates in a horse riding accident and are unable to lift heavy bags but it appears that is what I am expected to do at Tom Grady's.(despite signs stating, do not load your own cars, OH&S by law!!) I ended up driving out and going to another produce where I was immediately served and the produce was put in my car for me (with a smile). I spend a lot of money on horse feed, you have lost a customer. I wont be back. Shame on you.
