This was amazing! From the moment we walked in to Office National I was blown away by the amazing customer service! Straight away I has a ‘Hi, how can we help you?’ By a bright a bubbly Anne. Yes you can. I said. I just need a couple things off the year one booklist. Yeah we can print it out you can email it we can do whatever or you just get a few things that you need they haven’t already got Anne was so personable, so warm, so caring, helped us so thoroughly! She interacted with my two children who had refused to stay with Grandma… by involving then in the conversation whilst I threw Anne the look of one Mother to another… we were in and out in about 4minutes, it was a fantastic experience and I just can’t thank you enough. So thank you Anne, for all of your fabulous customer service skills and you really did bring some joy to my life, and took a fair bit of pressure off the not so fun task of book list shopping lol We had a bit of a laugh as we interacted and you helped me buy a sticky tape dispenser too! This is Christmas gift wrapping will be so much easier! We now have everything sorted and the books are all done! Thank you Emma
