Nice shop with easy access. Pity the staff don't listen to what you want. Service was atrocious. And no way of proving they got it wrong. I got told.....Oh well, nothing I can do now!

Got the job done but couldn't help but feel we were an intrusion to the employees space. Smiles are free but I think they haven't learnt this simple customer philosophy.

This is the worst Telstra Shop in Australia. Avoid it would ever else you do. DO NOT GO HERE.
The rudest people 8 have ever had to deal with. Reported to Telstra several times.

Poor customer service rude employees extremely difficult to resolve issues had to call customer service centre (contorl group) to get the same issues resolved that should have been fixed in store.. if i could rate it at a lower star i would gave them a minus rating

For Telstra 4 Starts is really good but it is just this store, I avoid the one located in Centro. The staff here tend to be helpful and think outside the box to fix an issue.
