Always had excellent service from this long standing Cairns business, going back to the days when Tom Cowles himself was the locksmith . The other day young Joel gave me some great advice on the keys for my newly purchased ten year old Nissan Navara. I thought I'd be up for big bucks to replace them, but Joel got both keys working and replaced the batteries and one worn, non functioning key blade for less than $60! well done TCL
I received great service from Joel and the team at TCL with an ignition/steering lock issue on my Landcruiser. Would happily recommend.

Popped in to get my car key programmed and cut. The guys were able to repair my old key remote aswell as cut and programming. Top quality locksmith
I had problems with my Nissan Patrol ignition lock/key. Recommendation from Nissan; the whole assembly, steering lock etc. need to be replaced because of not having the original key anymore. Called TCL and spoke with Joel; "come in and lets have a look" was his responds. It took less than 20 minutes and I had a new set of keys for a fraction of Nissan"s quote. Excellent service from Joel. Thanks again.
Did not appreciate the first thing the Locksmith said to me when he showed up to my home. “So you’re another paranoid person getting a deadlock”. There was no “Hello”, that was the first thing he said. I was gobsmacked. Don’t know the man’s name but he resembled Santa Claus with a shorter beard. Will never use or recommend TCL security again.
Great service. Had to get some keys cut which other places didn't stock but they did. Were helpful and decently priced.
These guys stand out beyond words and above the rest. Such great service and super affordable. Thanks for saving my butt, keep up the outstanding work
