Shocking! Absolutely disgusting customer care/service. I had to chase up my parcel as no one knew where it was the amount of driving I had to do when it was meant to be a delivery I had 2 hours notice of delivery which I was at work then when U got home had the little slip they give you. Rang 4 times to try pick up my parcel. They gave me 3 different addresses then I had to drive 20 mins to get the thing after all the stuff around didn't refund my delivery. I will avoid going to through Toll. Very unsatisfied.
They are extremely hard to speak to, on hold for 3 hours then I gave up trying. It took over a week to actually speak to someone, and then they didn't know how to help. If I wasn't forced to use Toll I would definitely look elsewhere.
The customer service was really good, very polite and easy to talk to also my parcel didn't have any damages.
Nice and smooth move. Nevrr had any issues.
