Great experience with storage king! My friend and I were flying out of Townsville for Bali and needed somewhere to store our backpacks as we didn't want to lug them around with us. When we called storage king to find out prices etc. we were immediately met with great customer service and more help then we could've asked for! We knew nothing about Townsville or where we would be at during our short time there but they helped us find the best location and continued to contact us to confirm our storage space even after were unsure if we would need it. When it came to store our bags we met Adam who was extremely helpful and even offered us a lift to the airport. After our flight was delayed and we were returning later then planned, we realize we had lost the key to get in. It being Sunday, we unfortunately had to bother Adam to assist us but he was once  again very gracious and helpful. Would highly recommend for great customer service and a secure place to store things big or small securely and at a good price!
