This review is not impulse but based in numerous experiences I've had with Toll. Most retailers and shops use Toll without realising the end customer service. Not one single time we haven't needed to have to call Toll up to get an update on where our parcels were at, and we have had to drive straight to their delivery centre on multiple occasions to pick up important parcels because we don't know where they were at. Over the phone on numerous occasions, the staff told us you'd get a SMS letting us know the status of the delivery and we have not once received any text messages from them. In the past we couldn't be bothered because once you get your parcel, who does? But with another recent experience with our wine delivery and worried the wines would go off in the heat, same thing happened where my husband had to go and pick them up directly after not getting any notification and having to call up mutilple times. We contact the winery and let them know how bad the customer experience is and we'll continue to do this with every bad experience with Toll for future deliveries.

Worst delivery service ever.... Things are so hard & complicated here staff has no idea whats going on & all i wanted is my parcel but it was so hard getting it...infact they missed delivering it second time & i had to drive 30kms to go & pick it up ....never using it again

Worst delivery experience ever!! This company is so incompetent it is mind-blowing!! Customer service is appalling, they don't call you back or do anything they say they!! I have spent all week calling them trying to receive a simple delivery!! Impossible to deal with!! Furious and frustrated and still waiting!!!

UPDATE: it's been 4 additional days and STILL NOTHING! I have spoken with the following people: Some trainee at Customer Service Tina (Customer Service) Called and spoke to Representative at Ingram Micro Tina (Customer Service) Scott ("management") Ash (Customer Service) Maro (Escalation Customer Service) Nez ("2IC") Still I am nowhere, and noone knows where my parcel is. Just as well it wasn't a life saving supply of something or I would have long passed away by now. What a joke! Take an entire day off work for the delivery, drivers just decide NOT TO SHOW UP! Then when you call, you're told that you have to drive to their depot to come and collect the parcel you already took an entire day off for. ORRRR, take another day off for the courier to potentially not show up again. Recommend not using TOLL as your delivery service, seek alternatives such as UPS, StarTrack, ANYONE else!
