I always make sure to visit this branch for shopping, and today I'd like to commend their excellent service. They are a polite, understanding, patient, and helpful team, completely different from other branches in our area. I've also heard some friends rave about them and their unique approach; they are incredibly kind. We thank them and wish them continued success.
One of the worst experience I have ever had in this store.nI simply wanted to exchange some items and had to go back when I purchased same items but in quantity of 3 so the girl who served me scanned one and enter the quantity of 3 how it was and charged me for all 3 items but when I went back Manager named JEV served me by saying I haven’t paid for the item I’m returning and she was so rude and made an impression with her attitude that I never paid for it and she took the box and said “I will keep it or you take it for free” I said mam I know I have paid for it you need to check invoice properly as I have calculated amount before paying she said you have to come back we need to check camera footage, basically she was telling me I might have stolen it. I was upset anyway I left, then I went home checked all the items purchased on the day then calculated it was fine I had definitely paid then I went back she was working the same manager JEV I told her look on the receipt it says Qty 3 she said it’s not the same receipt I was like whattt !!! Are you serious, she never accepted her fault instead telling me to calm down or called security on me but that security girl Mina was sooo sweet she helped me a lot , then Mina went on checked footage came back told her that customer is right Jev never apologised still arguing with me and telling me I’m being Sarcastic I was so shocked by her behaviour how come she have become a manager with such attitude towards any human being.nNever accepted fault never apologised but non stop argument, if managers act that way how they gonna be training their staff.
I went to this store for the first time and omg! It’s so huge.nnIt’s located on the outskirts of craigieburn shopping centre, opposite to United cinemas.nnThey have a wide range of bags, clothes, shoes, homewares, and much more.nnThe prices are budget friendly.nThey have bigger sizes in clothing with a great variety.nYou can find so many brands under one roof. Micheal Kors was my favourite.nnStaff is very lovely and friendly.nnIf you are looking for gift items or anything for yourself, this is the place.nLoved every bit of it.nnWill be my favourite shopping spot from now.
This tk maxx always lacks a lot of stock and variety. Most of the shelves aren’t full. Compared to the northland one where it’s very well stocked.
Recently visited this store and got helped by a manager called Tahlia and she was lovely, the way she ran the night with her team was absolutely amazing and was refreshing to see a mix of very hard working but also not too much pressure on the crew and the team ran so smoothly under her management.
