I’m writing to provide feedback about my visit to your store on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members—a lady who was working during that time.nnI found her approach to be quite rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe respectful and friendly service should always be a priority, especially in a party supply store where people visit to prepare for joyful occasions.

this store is very rude. i was looking at gym equipment when a rude worker who had been following my friend and i around came up to us and said we needed to leave the store i asked him why he did not provide me a reason and continued to say u need to leave. this is a act of discrimination. will not be shopping here again or supporting this store as this has happened multiple times

Disgusting customer service from Dianne and India, at the self service check out. They were not helpful, they are extremely rude and aggressive and have no people skills whatsoever. This is the third time I've encountered both of them, and just when I think they couldn't be any ruder, they outdo themselves. It's obvious they hate there job.
