What's wrong with your staff Katie's..why can't you open on time or even call the store? Shocking customer service..
Absolutely no customer service. I walked in the staff member couldn’t even get off her phone and acknowledge me. Plus the conversation was on speaker phone. This is my closest Katie’s store but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
