TK Maxx Castle Hill has a great variety of brands at very reasonable prices. The store itself is well stocked and offers good value. However, the customer service needs improvement, as the staff were not very helpful or approachable. Overall, a great place for shopping, but the service experience could be better.
FAKE PRODUCT ALERTnnYou might think you have got a deal or buying for cheap, but check twice if you are actually being sold a fake product.nnI bought a Levi’s 512 Slim Taper jeans of the same waist size that I usually buy at Levi’s store or at Myers. Turns out the jeans won’t fit me. It’s atleast two size smaller - it doesn’t happen for top brands like Levi’s.nnWhen I started checking the jeans further, I realise their label is of different quality and it’s bigger than what I have on the original ones. In the pic you will see how the label is running on the seam. Left one is from TKMaxx and right one is from Myers.
They made you buy $1.50 bag because they ran out of 10c bags and you have not much choice to say no especially if you are buying undergarments. Very poor customer service. If they ran out of 10c bags they should not be charging customers for fancier bags.
TK Maxx is situated in Castle Mall and is quite a large store with an open layout and plenty of lighting . Aisles are amply spaced ,well presented and stocked with a vast diversity of marked down designer labels ranging from a multitude of clothing options ,food products, health & beauty lines , homewares & too many accessories to mention .nPresentation of the store as mentioned above is above average and staff are very helpful .nI base my observations & review upon my previous experience managing a variety store at Dee Why in 2004 and I can see this store is very well managed and I have no doubt staff would be very busy managing the fitting rooms & returns.
TK Maxx in Castle Hill is a top store that sells great stuff.nnMy wife loves the place and I can see why.nnTop branded products at great prices. Big store too, easy to browse with great staff too! Love their work!
