Girl at the counter with the scarf was hostile, asked her a question and her answer was rude. The rest of the staff were lovely, bargains was good and the selection also decent.
I usually shopping this shop.nBut today after being deliberately made things difficult by an employee named Dan during the time at shop with my little one, I left the store without making a purchase. I couldn’t shake off disappointment of the entire shopping ordeal. As a brand chain, should prioritize creating a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. Regrettably, the subpar service I encountered today made me reconsider further visits to TK Maxx Castle Hill and highlighted the need for improvement in your customer service practices.
TK Maxx is situated in Castle Mall and is quite a large store with an open layout and plenty of lighting . Aisles are amply spaced ,well presented and stocked with a vast diversity of marked down designer labels ranging from a multitude of clothing options ,food products, health & beauty lines , homewares & too many accessories to mention .nPresentation of the store as mentioned above is above average and staff are very helpful .nI base my observations & review upon my previous experience managing a variety store at Dee Why in 2004 and I can see this store is very well managed and I have no doubt staff would be very busy managing the fitting rooms & returns.
Amazing value. New stock updated regularly and good prices much better than Myer or David Jones. They also have clearance items some good ones every now and then so worth checking out
I had a frustrating experience at the TK Maxx in Castle Hill today while shopping with my three-year-old daughter. At the checkout, my digital payment method failed, so I went to retrieve my physical card from the car, which took about 5-7 minutes. When I returned, a different staff member, who was young and blonde, told me I needed to line up again. I explained that my items were already on the counter and that my daughter was running around, making it difficult to wait. Unfortunately, the staff member showed no concern for my situation. This was one of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever encountered.
