Not a helpful staff/ store culture. I was on a long trip and needed a second fuel filter change as outback fuel problems but declined service as they are booked out and I understand but if they can’t help someone in a situation like mine they don’t have a helping culture among them, greedy business.
Very helpful and very friendly. Easy to spend money here.
Troy the Store Manager is really nice and helpful. He happily answered all my questions and helped put the time in to design the perfect install for my vehicle and my not so common requirements. He is a man of his word and his team of staff on hand are capable of outstanding work and clearly care about their workmanship and the satisfaction of their customers. Many thanks!

This business has great customee service. Team has good product knowledge and are great to deal with. Shout out to the lovely lady on reception who assisted with my purchase of an air compressor, she went the extra mile to to show me item in box and give me a hand in finding my next location. Good old fashioned customer service is still alive folks

Poor communication, over priced and will not deal with again. Make sure to call and make sure your product has arrived PRIOR to the agreed installation date as they will not check to even make sure the products have arrived PRIOR to your installation date!!! Encourage everyone to deal with the nailsworth branch directly if you are not happy to deal with ARB.

Dealt with Taanya for some Jerry Can holders. Fantastic service, let me know when they were arriving and had them at the front counter ready for pickup. Good old fashioned, no nonsense service. Thanks Taanya.
