Came in Saturday 20th Jan 30 minutes before closing, only one change room was open, which caused a line up because someone was taking ages. Friend asked the woman at the desk to unlock another one, and she refused because "they're closing soon" Waited about 10 mins at the front of the line, then just slid under the door to one of the locked change rooms, tried on my stuff, and got on with my day Truly stunning work here creating a line up so your store can close sooner
As an older shopper, I often despair about the lack of service that you get at many retail stores, these days. Not here! Friendly Bri went over and above to find me the right styles, the right sizes and had some really helpful suggestions for me. Her manager Carley was lovely too. We all had a great chat and it was a fabulous shopping experience, especially for someone like me who usually can't stand shopping! And I got some bargains, too :
Friendly staff, good clothes at very reasonably prices. Best of all, they fit my shape. I bought a men's t-shirt at $15 and it's decent quality, even after a few washes it's kept its shape and colour.
I have no issues waiting to be served when it appears staff are busy with displays etc. But a simple acknowledgement 'we'll be with you shortly' wouldn't hurt
The young lady at cotton on at Glenelg is awesome. She helped my daughter find a top, they discussed the band on the top and other things as well. Thank you so much.
We found some unexpected bargains in this store and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Not a very wide selection, but the shop is smaller than most...was hoping to see more dresses & skirts...
