I cannot recommend T J Scott & Son enough. Unfortunately, I've had to use them twice in the space of a few years, but I will always continue to use them in the future as well because they made everything so easy for us. They are so accomodating for everything you need or want, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they are so kind, caring and compassionate, exactly what you need when planning a funeral. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She was just incredible. She made everything so easy, knew exactly what we needed and made our sendoff for our daughter one she deserved, and a day we will never forget. We will never be able to thank Kelly, or the funeral home as a whole enough.
We recently dealt with Scott and Son Funerals after the death of a loved one. Right from the first phone call where I said 'I don't know what to do' they have been helpful, warm and professional. Kelly Scott and John Scott have helped our family through difficult decisions as we have tried to negotiate Victorian lockdowns, and nothing has been too much trouble for them. They have access to the correct information, and have helped us with creating a memorial service that truly reflects what we want. I recommend them highly.
John, Daniel and their staff were caring and compassionate throughout our very difficult time. John spoke on our behalf and handled the whole event in a way that left everyone present feeling that he did so with empathy and caring. Thank you to everyone at T.J Scott and Son from the Smith family.
Amazing funeral company. We recently lost our baby daughter and they came highly recommended by Francis Perry House. They were very sensitive to our needs and the costs were not over the top. Would highly recommend, really excellent service.
