The service that Gardenia Funerals provided in the passing of my dad has been absolutely incredible, from the first phone call until the follow up after the funeral. Michael was so compassionate, professional and caring – my mum and I are forever grateful for making the process of organising the funeral so stress-free in what is an already stressful time. Gardenia Funerals provided a realistic view on costs associated with a funeral and there is no ‘up-selling’ involved. The service was respectful and beautiful. Thank you all so much.

Best ever funeral for my mother. Nicest people. Michael was so good people at the funeral thought he was my friend. Legitimate care provided. Not money grubbers. Can't say a bad word about them. Exceeded our expectations in terms of funeral, quality, ease and niceness. 
Don't go anywhere else.

I would just like to say Thank You so much to Michael,Sue and the rest of the staff at gardenia. I am so grateful to you all for making my dads funeral go so smoothly. In a time where the whole family grieves and is lost you came through and made the whole process easier, from that first phone call to the burial we had nothing to worry about because you did it all. My family and I are so grateful to you. Thank you ❤️

Sue and Michael, you are truly amazing. Having to organise a funeral for my dear grandfather, from two states away, was made easy by your professionalism, dedication and attention to detail, right down to umbrellas and cold water, graveside in a Melbourne heat wave. It was a send-off fit for a king and it was everything he and my nanna wanted. Thank you just doesn't seem to cut it.
