Recently I lost my two year old son this was such a devastating time and a great loss. I didn't know the first thing about planning a funeral but Jasmine and our amazing celebrant Jenny helped me the whole way. I am beyond grateful for our fabulous funeral director Jasmine who showed us so much compassion and care during this tough time and our lovely celebrant Jenny who just made my sons send off special and memorable. if it were not for these two I don't know if my sons service would have been as special and heartfelt as they made it. I will be forever grateful and on top of there care and gentleness through this time it didn't put financial stress on our family either with very affordable pricing. I highly recommend family’s first funeral services for the level of respect, compassion and professionalism that they show through guiding you in the difficult times of saying goodbye to your loved ones.
Jasmine was caring and understood what we wanted. I know my dad would have been happy thank you Jasmine and staff for your understanding and for making dads final journey what he would have wanted. We cannot thank you enough

Regarding my mum Elaine's funeral, Jasmine and the team at Families First Funeral where truly amazing. Jasmine was so easy to talk to and made all the arrangements so stress free during a difficult time. Her recommendation for Celebrant to MC mum's service Tracey Barker was absolutely the right fit and Tracey was awesome from first meeting to service on the day and I'd recommend her to anyone. Rob McGreal as the Video/Audio was a god send and the process of creating the photo/music montage was dealt with so professionally. All three made the process so easy to arrange. Bunurong Memorial Park deserves a mention too as they too provided great customer service and a beautiful chapel and location. Thanks Jasmine for all you have done for me and the family. Truly grateful and would absolutely recommend these guys for your Funeral needs made easy. Thanks again. Regards Mike T
I would describe Families First Funerals as a lovely company who helped me through my hour of need. They were considerate and very understanding in this difficult period of my life and made me aware of all the available options with a price that was well below their competitors. All I can say is that they provided a lovely service and made all the more bearable with my loss
Carol and Karen were really great. They were calm kind, down to earth, sympathetic and straightforward. They made everything easy, and conducted my father's funeral very respectfully and unobtrusively.Their prices a fair and reasonable, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt very well taken care of. My father was Indian, and they knew the customs and were very respectful and knowledgeable. They were swift and professional in getting the needed paperwork from the doctor and the funeral went off perfectly. When my mother died, we used Tobin Brothers, and it was awful. We were very aware that we were just just customer number ten billion, and it felt very impersonal and mediocre. And expensive! I highly recommend them, and if i had any remaining parents I'd definitely use them again.
Just would like to say these people are amazing... they made my mum's day a very beautiful and memeroable day.. could not have asked for anything more thank you to karyn, maddie and max..
My experience was two years ago when my husband passed away. My family and I could not speak more highly of the compassion and support shown to us at the time. It was comforting to know that everything was so well organised for us and all of those stresses were taken away. I am so grateful.
What can I say! Well, the team at Families First Funerals were great, they didn't try to take advantage during an emotional time, they listened to what we needed / wanted and they were extremely professional and always seemed to anticipate those additional details, such as providing bottled water at no extra charge, having tissues on hand, keeping aside memorial cards and asking us if we wanted to take some flowers home. Thanks again guys.
