DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They sell items via THE RANGE and are scamming/robbing people. I ordered a chest of drawers and bedside table, the items came assembled, in terrible condition. Despite, the company confirming they would accept the return, they have since filled out fraudulent paper work that I did not sign and disposed of my original paper work. I had stated on the original paper that I was unhappy with the condition of the items. I requested my return on the delivery date, 23rd sept, it is now 28th October and the return still has not been authorised. They are asking me to pack the items up in their original packaging and send them back this is impossible as they never provided the original packaging and the items are way to large to be sent without a courier. Taimoor Hassan, the manager, is very rude and insensitive, despite me explaining I am 8 months pregnant and this is preventing me from preparing for my babies arrival, they are of no help at all. I am trying to get these items out of the home as soon as possible but they are intentionally making it difficult! It has just come to my attention that one of the 5 star reviews left, are actually from the owner himself !
