Papakura store - 11am today 9/04/22 EASILY one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If you don't enjoy what you are paid to do or had a bad start to your day, don't make that my problem ‍ And if your stock isn't marked at the right price, that's not my problem either. I hope the store owner reads this feed back.
Friendly, helpful staff. An excellent range of sizes and styles for men, women and children. Reasonable prices. Wheelchair accessible parking and access. No public toilet on-site. In a row of shops by the train and bus station.
Nice friendly staff with great smile and easy to talk with. Had to replace torn school shoes which was done quick and receipt was available thru email to change with new purchase. Happy with new purchase : Thanks to the team nice work

Staff who was on on the day I went was not friendly and I felt like she don't like to work there. She wasn't not helpful either the girl who came to start her shift too.
The service was magnificent and great. We had been served professionally by the staff.
Was in a super hurry. Grabbed a pair of kids gum boots and got to the till. Old lady couldn’t work the till for the customers before me and had to go get the manager. Put the boots back and left.
Very clean fresh place to go and the ladies are so helpful with customers and all have a wonderful greeting soon as you walk in and a very friendly compliment when you leave. Keep up the good work ladies.

Excellent service. The staff is vey friendly. The store overall has misleading advertisement. It pays to ask the staff what exactly is on sale and what is not.
