Thanks Manny! for sorting out Samsung A73 price issue due to wrong information given by Manukau branch. Really appreciate otherwise would have been absolutely waste of my time.
Very helpful staff and big one but doesn't look like one from outside.
Good parking options by the store. On the smaller side compared to other Noel Leemin stores, however it has all your essentials. They have a tech solutions area to help with all your requirements and the team are friendly and ready to engage.

Poor customer service. I understand they do have some procedures to follow to replace any faulty equipment but they are not good enough to explain and satisfy the customer with their procedures. Answer to most of my questions was "we dont have answers to your if else and bla bla" this is how they respond on a faulty product which is only 2 months old. Even some of their team memebers were so rude.

Service at the store was immediate and the sales rep was very helpful and offered suggestions about what I was looking for. Price matched as well with no issues, happy to do so. Was a very good experience here and the store itself is quite nicely set up.
