Two of my granddaughters cancelled the classes within the 2 class grantee period, one of them didn't get any refund for the whole term $200 + $50 registration fee all gone to them for one class only ! because this is not the VERY first term of hers so according to their rule, they don't refund! The other one got charge $110 ($50 enrollment fee +$60 for two classes ( she only attend one, Tiny Tutu said we inform them too late) the teacher was lovely.. but the customer service was unacceptable, that's why we have decided to cancel. Very rude and slow in response. After receive email from the manager expecting apology. But found out they all the same, it is their company culture being rude and don't care for their customers after taking their fee. Only after sent the cancellation request, the owner called us, I have to say she is reasonable and nice on the phone. But unfortunately, her team is putting her down...., it is not working....Do not recommend this dance school, such a ripe off, money orientated. If you google the review for the company, lots of similar reviews, regretted should have done my research before enrolling them. Such a wasting money and time excises, expensive lesson learned.

After two terms I have to say that what is promised in marketing material has not been delivered. Several cancellations, and several teachers, with little experience with working with and engaging pre-schoolers. More interested in just getting through the class and not doing anything to help involve preschoolers who are distracted or scared. Beware of the terms and conditions - no notification sent to say your child has been re-enrolled in the new term (automatically enrolled) and if you do not cancel four weeks prior to start of a new term, you get charged for the whole term (even though your child is not attending for the whole term). Plus an administration fee ($20) for cancelling.
