What a terrible customer service. Extremely rude and unreasonable to deal with. I decided to try it out after giving birth 3 months ago. My main goal is to train my core and upper body strengths. So I signed up and gave them my credit card. By the time I had to wrap my head around the rules and regulations , apps to be downloaded, as well 48 hour cancellation's , I went home to think about it. The day comes and I completely forgot to cancel it 48 hours before on the app that I was supposed to download. Being a busy mom of a newborn it wasn't something I was on top of. I called the next day to say that I've change my mind and I would like to cancel my membership since I have not done a single class. To which she said that she cannot do that and I will still lose all my money for the entire semester which is around $800. I kindly ask her just to forget that I was there and cancel it. She kept repeating about her rules and regulations almost like talking to a robot. I still have not heard back or received any refund. Terrible people.

I recently started classes at Studio Exclusive.  I was dragged along by a friend and was really nervous to start.  Within 5 minutes I was having so much fun.  I love that this is a ladies only studio and the support and encouragement is amazing.  There is flexibility to switch classes between studios as well which is great.  Love this studio and the wonderful instructors.

As a new mum I was hesitant to start classes. Not feeling as in shape as I used to be. I really loved my first session; the instructors and other ladies are all so supportive. If you are nervous about starting like I was I recommend calling and chatting to the ladies. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and support you along the way.

I have absolutely loved my classes. Such a friendly and welcome environment for all ages and all sizes. I can definitely recommend these ladies to others.

Lovely teachers and a very supportive and chilled atmosphere. I have always hated gymnastics, but I have been looking forwaed to my pole dancing class.
