It's a place where people can enjoy a relaxed vibe, some of the best bar food in Sydney and play a wine game we call 'Democracy in a Bottle'. Five reds and five whites are open at any time for wine by the glass, with the wines all chosen by our customers. When a bottle is empty, the next lucky customer chooses what we open next. It's a never ending showcase of local and international boutique wines.
If you don't love wine as much as we do, we also have a collection of craft beer, ciders and cocktails to choose from, plus all wine is available by the bottle.
Timbah's menu offers small plates perfect for sharing, with an emphasis on native Australian bush ingredients.
