Beautiful local restaurant. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. Looking out over the river. They often do a lunch special for 3 courses and a glass of wine. Which is great value. The service is friendly and prices are very fair.
We had lunch at Tillermans and absolutely loved the food! The double baked goats cheese soufflé… OMG!! Amazing!! So not what I was expecting! The serves were very generous. The wine was very well priced. A wonderful way to while away a couple of hours. We weren’t rushed and spent a lovely afternoon admiring the view and wondering why we hadn’t visited sooner.
One of the tastiest brekkies I’ve ever had the lime and coriander avocado with labna and dukkha, we added a couple of poached eggs and shared. It was also the best chai tea I’ve ever had! Lovely hosts and service, funky tasteful decor, we’ll definitely be back!
A wonderful Father’s Day lunch. The food was amazing and extremely gourmet. We were there with our 4 young children the youngest was 18 months and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Even bringing out pencils for our kids. Our food came out quickly and the staff were extremely attentive and personable. We hope they will have us back again!
Had breakfast here and the food was awesome, service was a bit stale, gave 3 stars for service just in case he was just having a bad day, but seriously I don't need to be swanned over, I would go back for the food in a heartbeat.Food: 5/5
Wow this place is a super special dining experience all the way. The menu allowed 3 courses with 3 options in each and all four of us found something spectacular. The table olives were to die for. I appreciated the gorgious flavours and all the dishes were suberbly prepared and presented. I found the time between courses was about right and the meal didn't feel rushed. This kind of standard is seldom seen in Australia and the French influence in the menu just works. Lovely quiet atmosphere well suited to that special anniversary dinner or occasion. Loved the decor and overall feel of the restaurant.
Every time I have been here the staff seem to be in a bad mood, often irritated. The iced coffee I ordered was awful. There was little ice and it was warm. My friends smoked salmon bagels were toasted to the point that the salmon was cooked and dried out. Their coffees were not good either. Why is it so hard to provide friendly service and decent coffee? Go next door to the bakery where the food is delicious and the staff are genuine and friendly!
One of the best breakfasts i’ve ever had! I ordered the grilled halloumi, which also came with very tasty bread, mouth watering pumpkin, and an exquisite poached egg on top. It’s by far one of the best breakfasts i’ve had. The coffee was also amazing. 10/10 also i didn’t take any pictures as i’d already devoured my breakfast in no-time
We have had breakfast here and morning tea Very nice cakes. Enjoyed the view The only thing that was lacking was friendly smiley staff, such a shame for a top spot!
