Had my mustang serviced. Their care with my car was second to none. I organised a courtesy car for the day and there was no extra charge. When I went to pick it up, it was inside and some other customers were looking at it thinking it was a show car. It was a quick and seamlessly easy experience.
Made my purchase so easy meeting me at Campbell town as I am from Launceston,to test the car and change over ,highly appreciated!
I have foud these people are fooling innocent people, my car was there with them for the repair, they said we have to check the car. they take 4 weeks to check the car and said i have to change the engine$14000 that is 1.5 times more than the car value. I asked them to give me alternate option and no legitimate answer. After that i thought to buy second hand engine on gumtree and met one gentleman happy to pay for resonable amount , as i have had intraction about that more than 20 other related people so i found that is resonable. Gentelman call me later after taking car and said there was no problem in the car engine but there was damaged valve that might cost hardly $400, due to tillford auto service's this behavior i have lost near about $10000 and suffered for 5 weeks without car, this simply cheating and registered goons to loot innocent people. careful with these business

Please if possible never go to these people $3,000 they were going to charge me went to a local garage he fixed it with a $5 part and then didn't charge any labour fee tilfords are dishonest and Thieves
Poor communication between staff resulting in having to take my car back a second time as they didn't check the fault until I picked the car up, then they diagnosed the same problem a second time and told me they had to keep my car longer
Get my ford serviced every year they really look after you
