The Contracts are complicated, the made me wait and we're unclear when explaining the breakdown of charges. Never again....
DO NOT USE!! We filled the car up with petrol 1km before returning the vehicle - and got charged $292 for fuel! You can’t even fit that much fuel in a Subaru!!! And now they want fuel receipts to progress the dispute - all they had to do was look in the gas tank. It’s FULL! Also took ages explaining everything on pick up and then charged three additional fees, unexplained. We’ll give you bloody receipts, Thrifty Darlinghurst. In person tomorrow, along with a loud expression of our experience for all the other customers in the near vicinity.
