We loved having the black cab at our wedding. Black cab central were very helpful throughout the whole process. The car was very clean, spacious and a very cute addition to our wedding. Great value! Our driver, Howard, was very polite and always opened the door for us. He smiled, arrived on time and got us to where we needed to be. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your services and making the process easy!

We hired James and his Black London Cab for our recent wedding in the Hunter Valley. Our original date was in September 2021, but we unfortunately had to move it due to covid. James was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the whole process. The weeks leading up to the wedding were extremely wet and the roads were quite muddy. James went out of his way to make sure the cab appeared clean and tidy at all times. The cab looks incredible in our photos and we can't thank James enough for his effort. Would recommend!

It definitely helped us put our nerves at ease on the day and made it travel really seamlessly : Our family and friends loved the cabs, super roomy, amazingly on time and accommodating, and beautiful photo ops! I recently hired James for my daughters formal, he made our experience so pleasant. He accommodated for the weather by providing an umbrella and services to the max. We even got time to take photos at a local park and he even threw in a little souvenir. I would definitely hire James for my next occasion.

James at Black Cab Central was our driver on my wedding day. It was a great experience and everything went very smoothly and comfortably on the way to the ceremony. Not only did James drive us there, he took several photos for us, gave us the option to play our own music during the ride and gave us complementary champagne and other complementary items. James himself was also lovely and approachable. A great alternative to the typical wedding car options.

We hired the London Black Cab for transport to my stepfather's 90th birthday lunch and it was a great addition to the day and a big hit with everyone! James was great to deal with and very accomodating and our driver David went out of his way to make our trips a lot of fun - taking us on the scenic route to and from our destination in the city. I highly recommend Black Cab Central for your next  special occasion!

Organizing a special lunch for our 10th wedding anniversary, James at Black Cabs Central could not be more helpful or considerate. Organizing music, route, photo opportunities and more it was 5 star all the way from first contact to delivery to the door of the restaurant. He made the day more special.

James, you really added to our whole wedding experience! I've marinated on this review because I need to convey how your service contributed to our happiness. It's crazy that a week out from our wedding I hadn't yet figured out how to get to the ceremony. I was impressed with your speedy reply to my late enquiry and all our communication. I loved the helpful additions on your website, found your template so useful and felt that you really wanted to accommodate us. I was a lonesome gal rocking up to your gorgeous car and quietly freaking out on what can be a very stressful day. Your reception of me was perfect - your energy calmed me down and our conversation was enjoyable. You made me so comfortable I was absentmindedly singing along to your ripper of a playlist! Having you and your car with its accessories ! after the ceremony added another element of fun to the photo shoot and I love that the cab is fitted out with the GoPro! Brilliant! Not only did I enjoy the time spent with you and in the cab but so did my family, they kept mentioning how cool the car was and how it was 'the best'! I have only great things to say about James and Black Cab Central. I first met James when we hired his London Black Cab for a promotional video for The Langham, Sydney. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure we got the footage that we needed. We then collaborated together on creating The Pink Taxi which can now be hired by The Langham, Sydney guests.  Yet again, James is professional and is well liked by the staff he works with at the hotel. He receives fantastic feedback from the hotel guests, for his local knowledge, the cleanliness of the car, his positive and welcoming nature and his overall willingness to give every guest the best experience possible. From secret Sydney tours, Instagram tours and picnic experiences, James and Black Cab Central can make any booking personal and bespoke to what the customer wants.  As Director of Marketing for The Langham, Sydney, working with James on marketing material and collateral was a joy. He's full of ideas, full of energy and passion for his business and extremely flexible when it comes to working with each other on events and photoshoots. I have recommended James on many occasions, including working for Marks and Spencer in Australia and I will continue to do so.
