Amazing food and is great for families. The staff are friendly and the produce is all fresh. The view is amazing with lush green hills and animals. The bread is handmade and you can even watch them making the dough through the kitchen. This is a great place but so would recommend going early because it can get very busy especially on the weekend.
An absolute must visit when visiting Byron Bay. The service, the food and the views of the Farm are just gorgeous. I visited here a year ago so the menu might not be the same - but I ordered the roast chicken which was one of the best dishes I've had - and the vanilla pannacotta dessert was beautiful. Highly recommend! You can also take one of their homemade hampers for a picnic in their beautiful farm.
Great food. Farm to table. Could see that they were also making their own bread. Would recommend going in early. We had the pastries while we waited to go into the restaurant.
Going there for lunch. It was an ok experience. Chicken was a bit dry but relatively okay with the puree, bit too pricey for the ingredients. Could have done better. Roasted potatoes were good, filled my carbs needs. Lamb was quite okay but again a bit pricey for what it served. Good location if you’re driving from Brisbane / Gold Coast as it is located closer to the highway so you can just dive right in if you feel hungry. Might be good for family as it is next to “The Farm” for strolling around. Price $120 for 3 people.
Three Blue Ducks is a must do in Byron. The restaurant on an operating Farm with a commitment to buying local and ethically farmed produce they have a real love of food and are proudly considered front runners in conscious consumption. We went down on Sunday evening for their Sunday bbq to enjoy live music and a delicious feast while the sun set and the storms rolled in. Make sure you book in advance so you don't miss out on a table. The food is amazing and they bent over backwards to accommodate my allergies. Great cocktails and the staff have exceptional knowledge of the wine list and the pairing options with the food. Save room for dessert! Can't wait to come back next time.
What a fabulous place and such a great place to spend the day! The food was all absolutely amazing and serving size was also really good. I was so impressed by the food which came straight from the farm and the service was very good. We got the duck and the pork and it was sooo sooo good. They managed to accommodate my partners food intolerances so well. Being able to walk around and see the farm, shops and ice cream place was also so wonderful. Loved checking out the chooks, bees and piggies, as well as the gardens. The cocktails were also so good, absolutely loved them. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back.
The Three Blue Ducks at The Farm, Byron Bay is an outstanding location. Highly recommend a visit. The meals took me back to visiting my grandparents farm when I was a kid. I am so impressed with the lamb dish. Thank you for the service. Looking forward to visiting again when I am next in Byron Bay.
Five stars boys. the easiest five stars i've ever dished out. Really cool sustainable focus with the farm to table concept - big fan of this. All produce is sourced from their own farm OR from local producers, presumably including the nice leather binding on the menus. I also like that the farm is all accessible, it'd make for an awesome family trip... if I had a family. The farm is so open in fact, that a stray chicken wandered through the dining area. Live music was really enjoyable. The artist Mark and I connected immediately and his lack of shoes made me wish it was socially acceptable for me to remove my own. A few of the dishes are recommended to share which is inconvenient since i by choice or otherwise dine as a party of one. I started with the scallops which were ALMOST lost with the seaweed, miso and wattleseed going on. Is the scallop heroed? Not really, but all the flavours blend well, like a seaweed wattleseed, miso and scallop smoothie. The sirloin main was hands down, without question, beyond a shadow of a doubt, easily one of the JUICIEST, most delicious steaks I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Beautifully rendered fat soaking up all the rich flavour of the supple, beefy flesh. It made me BRM that I've wasted twenty-something years of steak-eating to a lesser quality than this. The chocolate cake dessert was just the right amount of sweet things for a person me who isn't really into sweet things or large desserts. I avoid novelty "martinis" as oft do the veer from the original and true martini. This said, the lemon myrtle martini was truly within the martini category with its foundation still in the gin, a subtle but noticeable taste of myrtle, and a nice quality dry vermouth. Props to whomever came up with this one. The service was friendly and made me want to make friends with the staff. I'm never really sure where the line sits here? Like they're friendly and I want to be friends with friendly people but it's just a job for them? Are you genuine with your friendliness or am I just a sucker for your painted smiles???? Unless they're really really really really good actors, you can tell all the staff believe in the philosophies here and it makes a hell of a difference. Once again folks, five well-earned stars. Damn good.
Excellent place for a birthday lunch. We had Coal roasted octopus, Twice cooked chicken & lamb rump. Desserts were pannacotta and chocolate mouse We couldn’t fault the food or the service. Being able to stroll around the farm after lunch was also lovely and a great bonus. Well worth the visit.
A picturesque, rural delight only a short drive from Byron’s centre. Well worth a visit and we look forward to returning. A diverse and accomodating menu, fresh, fulfilling food and lovely service.
