All the staff always go above and beyond , over the last 10 years, I only buy all my electrical appliances at Betta Rockhampton. Went into BBQ Galore on 26/11/2022 and spoke to staff about Ziegler and Brown BBQs, looking to buy a mini bbq kitchen. When talking to staff about the poor rayings on the bbq on Product Review, we treated rudely by staff swearing at my wife. Went to Betta Home Living next door and bought a full Weber Genesis bbq set up. Great staff at Betta and will go back there.
Top marks for service…..my fridge died late Saturday afternoon…..purchased fridge and because I didn’t have a fridge in hot weather Betta had the new fridge in my kitchen by 11am same day and a SUNDAY….staff were exceptionally helpful….much appreciated and grateful…
Washing machine was advertised for $849 then when black Friday sales came around the price was jacked up to $899 and offered at the "discounted" price of $840. 3 days later it's advertised for $797 Update. I was contacted by the store and offered the difference in what I paid.
