Absolute pain and waste of time to deal with.n! Would definitely not recommend !nnReceived an expensive faulty part that lasted a week, was refused warranty and was directly blamed for the fault before even being inspected.nnSpoke to 5 different people over the span of 5 days, being told 5 different stories - each promising the world after a long waited, “call back the following day”.nnAfter an extended period of time, the so called manager returned to her thriving team. I was stripped from the discount and alternative that I had previously been promise and told that I would have to buy another at full price. On top of that, i would also have to pay for an expensive shipping fee of almost $60 for the part to arrive on time to accomodate for all the time and energy spent wasted screwing me around all week rather than sorting out the issue on day one.nnAll up, this venture would have put me $790 out of pocket if I had accepted this poor customer service.nnThankfully, Autobarn isn’t the only place around town that sells parts lol.
Here is to customer service..... I phone Autobarn Rockhampton on a Tuesday at 1.20pm trying to find out whether they have an item in stock so that I can make the trip in from Emu Park. I am politely told that everone is on lunch and they would have to phone me back. Lost my business Autobarn. Sorry
Excellent service. Very helpful and accommodating. Much improved business over the past 3 years. I can't fault them.
Staff were very friendly and couldn't help me more. Even carried my purchase down to the counter for me.nThe store layout is open and welcoming.
