Great store and great workers. I visited on Saturday and it was very busy but the workers were all smiles. Helped by a young lady called Sam who was lovely and walked me through what I needed. Despite how busy it was Sam also introduced me to the Sales Manager Amy who was also very polite and together they took the time to give me a great experience and a great price! Excellent customer service.

To whom it may concern,nnThe JB HI-FI Store at Stockland Rockhampton has to be the most professional, friendliest and helpful store I've ever been in.  Not only out of JB HI-FI stores but any customer service I've received, ever.nnSales Manager Amy & Kian were able to help me on 2 two separate occasions; 16 Aug and 22 Aug.  My mother and I were there to buy a whole slew of items, namely a TV, soundbar, subwoofer, headphones, wall mount, HDMI cables etc.nnThere was not one moment where I doubted this sale would eventuate in my problems getting solved, questions getting answered and generally being taken care of.nnThey made sure of it, there was nothing that was too hard.  Every query we had was met with patience and kindness.  I can't believe how good this service was.nnI'm from a customer service background.  This was impressive, this sets the standard.  I really appreciate the attentiveness, the attention to detail, the expert knowledge, guidance, advice, product awareness.  Anything they didn't know, they would research or bring in another team member to make sure we got the answers we needed.nnI'm so grateful that I am, in fact, writing a google review.nnI have probably only written 3? of these ever.nnWell deserved.  Amazing service.nn10/10 no notesnnJohn

False advertising, zero communication, and poor customer servicenOrdered a new TV for $2,200, and even received a delivery schedule confirming it was on its way. Then - nothing. No update, no delivery, no communication. I had to chase them up myself, only to be told they didn’t actually have new stock and could only offer a display model that had been sitting in the store, with a $50 discount!nnThat’s not what I paid for, and it’s not how you treat customers. Aimee, who claimed to be the sales manager, was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. No apology, no ownership - just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

Purchased an I phone and accessories out right today. I had some awesome help from 2 lady staff members. They were very helpful, great customer service. A big thank you to them.

Amy, the sale manager has excellent quality that every sale person should have. She can change an angry customer to a happy one.
