Unfortunately, staff do not always concentrate their time on collecting your order. They are happily distracted by new arriving customers so it results in order errors. In one case I had ordered a pineapple fritter and got a banana fritter. They did apologise for the oversight. This is a cash only shop. Otherwise their product is good.

Oil needs to be changed more often, the fish & chips have a funny smell. My neighbor said the exact same thing!
