Time Out Bar Awards 2016 New Bar of the Year.

Masters of Spritz, owned and operated by Charlie Ainsbury and Luke Ashton, on the Darlinghurst side of Oxford Street. We just want to make drinks that people love to drink, in a space that people can relax and enjoy.

Cosy little venue with their own unique touch. Passionate about their story and making great cocktails with unusual products. You've got to try it.
We had a nice time here. The staff is the highlight of this place plus the great cocktails obviously. Very friendly and attentive. Try the „Backwoods“ Cocktail - it‘s stunning.
I think this could now be my favourite bar. Really sustainable, delicious drinks and a great atmosphere. Valerie who served us went above and beyond to answer all our questions, completely elevating the entire experience. She was truly exceptional. I will be returning to this bar as often as I can!
Friendly staffs, great vibe and wonderful cocktails. Highly recommend this place!
