We hired the Rooftop Bar yesterday for a surprise birthday, couldn’t have been happier with the food, service & the atmosphere of the place. Lisa is amazing & so helpful with the preparation of the birthday & so easy to contact.nI wish I had photos of all the food but it all disappeared as soon as they hit the tables. The chicken bao buns were soooo good.nThank you so much! We’ll definitely be in contact if we need to hire a venue for our next event!
Interesting pub - especially being a great great grand daughter of JJ Boyd the zookeeper.nFood was average, waitress was sweet but maybe a learner, as I had to ask for the same thing three times, and ask for our unfinished bottle of wine to be brought back to the table. Lisa, the bar manager, was strangely cold and stand-offish - completely disinterested.nIt really could have been a more pleasant get together there were about 12 of us.nI had looked forward to visiting for a very long time, and was very disappointed with the experience.
Went out a couple beers and dinner with some mates and was greeted by a super friendly young man. Ordered the nachos and was stoked with the size, however lacking flavour. My partnered ordered the tacos and for the price we felt like two wasn’t much. The pizza and onion rings were also a classic, hard to go wrong. Wanted to play pool but they only had one table unfortunately, good atmosphere and love the furnishings of the dining areas. Would recommend for a drink and light meal!
food tasted average for the price paid, felt that the dishes could have been better seasoned to be more flavourful. the lady who served us was friendly and nice!
Food is absolutely delicious! Enjoyed the buffalo wings and cheesy pizza bread the most. Loaded burger had nice fresh garnish and a smokey taste. Prawn linguine had a zesty finish. Thanks team!
