Yumm and very grateful that they can change things around to suit me diet. Have had two meals, two teas, which are large :-) and two smoothies - All amazing. Will make return visits whenever possible. Great portion size. No allergic reactions. Consistently good food.

Sproutsy is my new go-to! Healthy but DELICIOUS food! Best dumplings I've had and the smoothies are mind blowing. Such lovely staff and they do takeaway! Would recommend to my grandma. "n chen" is an obvious spammer that lives off packet noodles. Hater.

I feel the name doesn't quite match how I imagined the menu. All the food they sell is split in different areas - restaurant style menu for noodles, tea and dim sum, the board above the counter for smoothies, and something about dumplings on the counter. I ordered the braised pork noodles to take out. It was delicious but the price is a bit high ($14.50), not somewhere I would go to often. I would've liked to try a smoothie but not for $13.50. Food took about 5 minutes to be made. There was only one other customer while I was there.

Delicious, fresh food in a beautiful setting. We loved sitting near the window next to the herb garden! We tried the seaweed and tofu noodle soup, the classic beef noodle soup and the braised pork noodle salad....all very good and generous portions for $14.50 each. Very friendly service; we are keen to go back and try more of the menu.

I wasn’t expecting Chinese food on the menu..... but was so happy to see it done differently and healthily. It’s great to see a new eatery take a brave step with such an ingrained traditional type of cuisine and make it new, exciting and fresh. A lot of love and attention has gone into the food and it definitely tastes and shows. The presentation is great! And the different flavours are dynamic. It caters to vegetarian and vegan options if you ask. I’ve gone back again to try a few new items. I especially like the smoothie menu and the fact that the owner grows her own vegetables and caters to a seasonal type menu. Please try it!
