I visited the Masterton store 28/1/18 and was very imressed with an guy called Allen who was very helpful answering my questions about a product I was about to purchase. I have been in before and found this guy very friendly and knowledable. I think he is a good person you have employed at your store.

The warehouse Masterton is ok they have a good selection of perfumes an ok selection of clothes not always in good sizes. A good selection of toys normally. Good household Stuff tools as well stuff are ok here friendly an helpful. Not a bad shop to shop at

Missing stuff that is advertised, sold out of fans in January? You would think to order enough to cover the hottest months of the year.. Got told by a "julie" I should be more organised and by one earlier in the year. I didn't need a fan then julie. Organise your supply chain better so that you don't run out of stock. 😡
