This review is for the young lady Larissa who went above and beyond to find the product I was looking for, we did not get it but she helped along the way. The other 2 staff who kept passing me along to others need to be trained like Larissa. Well done to such a good worker.
This place is good but some staffs are struggling to manage their attitude issuesnHad really bad experience when visit with my spouse freshly landed in NZ she asked for product check, big fat island lady didn't even listen my wife's request and ignored her for last 10min my wife followed her as she didn't replied and then she straight went inside their storage space and wait outside hoping she was helping her but no she just went inside and didn't came outnThen young lady came out and helped her.nHope warehouse take their training program seriously and check their behaviour by reviewing CCTV footage especially their facial expressions and body language.nGave two stars only for young Indian and Asian people who actually work hard without any attitude issues.
The self-checkout is cooked. There’s no one supervising it so if you get an error, it’s an easy 5minute wait. Plus the checkout area is SO CROWDED with promo/seasonal stuff. You can hardly get to the checkout in the first place.nnIt’s the worst warehouse location.
Bought picture frames and other consumables here. This is a big store catering for a vast range of homeware, clothes, workshop, sports and outside equipment. Also incorporates warehouse stationary. I used the self checkout and left an item behind when I left the premises. Was able to return next day to retrieve the item.
One counter staff on the Sunday. Managers please think how long wait time you want your customers to have.nIt is not the first time.
