Really good customer service. Solid and affordable prices. The only thing that let this particular Warehouse branch/store down is the misleading tags. Wouldn’t want anyone else to feel as confused and as embarrassed as I was at the self-checkouts.
Late at night, when fewer places are open and support is limited, even simple things like a quick shop can become difficult. This is the only time i can really be outnnI experience atypical neurodivergent, alongside CSF brain pressure at times. It can affect how I communicate, how I process information, and how long tasks take. Sometimes I end up just walking around not really shopping as I forget often what i went to get, looking. At times i am on autopilot from the pressure.nnBecause of that, most in-store interactions don’t go well.nnThe Warehouse Takanini has been different. Consistently patient. Consistently understanding.nnOn a recent visit, a staff member named Sao made a real difference.nnEven when I struggled to explain what I needed, she understood.nHer product and store knowledge was clear, and her guidance was calm, direct, and without pressure.nnWhat could have taken over two hours became a short, manageable visit.nnBut more importantly, she treated me with kindness, respect, and patience.nLike a person, not a problem.nnThat matters more than most people realise.nnThank you, Sao. Your approach reflects inclusive, helpful, empathetic, and compassionate customer care.
Very poor customer service, I do not recommend this warehouse by all means . My sister and I had cash and couldn’t use the self checkout machines so we waited in line where a staff member was helping another customer while me and my sister were waiting, we did not know that the station was closed because the sign was not in the middle of the counter and so he said “surprisingly you can’t read this sign I’ll just help you instead” while saying it so rudely and slamming the cashier register . Do better. Don’t take your frustration out on customers if you don’t wanna work there
Went to Takanini warehouse today 07/25. Couldn’t find this water table anywhere so I went front desk and asked. Staff was super helpful a guy and a young girl I didn’t get her name, she helped locate and even grabbed out a ladder to get it for me!nSuper grateful!!nThank you!!
Handy location large range, but is really unorganized. Scattered clothing, hard to find sizes etc, probably they could use more Staff to organize them. Staff are helpful though short in numbers. Due being unorganized store, no matter how much you verify stock before visiting store, you can't find what you looked online
