I love this dollar outlet store. They have very friendly staff , clean and well organized shelves. Plenty of parking and easy to find location. They have some really cool home decors and ideas for gifts. I highly recommend them for birthday cards they are cheap in price and very good quality a big selection to choose from. They also have the best gifts for special occasions and decorations for Halloween , Christmas..
Impressed at the worker who was very knowledgeable about where things are in the shop. Then gave extra info on why the item I was after don’t exist anymore and was true facts and handy info to pass on. Hard to find young ones actually doing well with customer service nowadays…
Been there on a number of occasions and always got great bargains and store layout is beautiful and great atmosphere and friendly older staff owner. Rare items not found in other outlets highly recommended and look forward to visiting over again and again

Really great place for bargains. I always check this place out first instead of presuming the warehouse or bunnings will have the best price.
Good store for Xmas items, gift ideas etc. The checkout operators need to understand 'cultural etiquette', by replying when the customer says hello generally in New Zealand you reply by saying hello or Kia ora depending on the scenario. Saying hello thank you, have a good day, are signs of good manners and good service skills. Please Incorporate this into your training routine for your checkout staff and for all members of your staff after all we are in New Zealand known as one of the friendliest Places on Earth.
