Compared to the one in Auckland Central, this Newmarket branch is bigger, has more product options and self-checkout machines. It's definitely a better option for someone who lives at the corner of Grafton Road and Park Road such as myself.
every time i shop here I am reminded why I shop at kmart instead.nStaff are always so rude when you have questions, major attitude problems and no customer service, acting like we are disturbing them even though the store is LITERALLY EMPTY, also witnessed a staff member yell at a child just after asking another member for help where she was absolutely useless every time i shop here i am reminded why i hate coming here so much, live laugh love the warehouse newmarket
Absolutely didnt appreciate this interaction. Rude customer service from Sam, I was just a general customer and then this manager was doing me at the till and he was rude, did not make conversation with me. It was very unprofessional and ruined my warehouse experience for me.
Great local store for what it offers. Especially the everyday food. I do wish they would still expand their basic food items more.
Great store has everything you need + the Warehouse stationery at the back. BE CAREFUL about parking, you get 30 mins free but you have to register your number plate on the app or machine on site. I didn't see this and got stung with a $85 fine for less than 30 mins parking. Never used to be like this!!!
