The person running this accommodation is extremely rude and unhelpful. My daughter arrived to stay there while on a university work experience placement and was told on arrival that she 'looked unsuitable'. The man was aggressive and judgemental and for a young woman on her own, arriving in the evening with nowhere else to go that night, it was a very unpleasant experience. We moved her the next morning to the Carrington Inn where the manager could not have been nicer and more helpful if she tried. Thank you Carrington Inn Bungendore!

I am absolutely disgusted with the manner in which you greet and address potential customers! Management should attend customer service training in how to speak and engage with PEOPLE. How dare you make assumptions about people based on the way someone looks. To actually say to a person "we don't accept druggo's here". We travelled from Sydney to spend time with our seriously ill Aunt. Our Nephew went to book a room for us as we would be late to arrive and you made assumptions based on the way he looks! HOW DARE YOU!!! Just for the record, he is not a druggo and neither is my elderly mother nor myself! I would not recommend anyone to stay with you! LUCKILY FOR US CRESTVIEW COULD ASSIST US IN A PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT MANNER!!!!!!
