Clean, tidy, comfortable rooms with everything you need for a work trip. The wifi was also quick. The complementary toiletries were good quality. The kitchenette was well equipped for tea/coffee/toast making and a light breakfast was available tea/coffee, juice, toast, cereal. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I will definitely stay again. Rooms: Very comfortable rooms. The best sleep I’ve had on a business trip. Safety: I felt safe staying here. It was a quiet motel.
This is a very nice small family run hotel. The big rooms have been refurbished and are equal to to 4 to 5 star rooms in the big city hotels. Of course less general facilities like pool and gym, but who cares. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the city centre with bars, restaurant and shops. For those with an EV car, there are 4 charging stations. The service of the staff is great,
Accommodation was clean and tidy, cute little house. Kitchen has 1 pot and 1 pan could have had a few more for cooking as this limited what you could do. Otherwise kitchen cupboards were well stocked. Only 1 bathroom which was rather small and the toilet was a separate room but needed to be accessed through the bathroom - this was problematic for 6 people. No daily servicing of rooms. Was located between freeway and main road, but it was very quiet at night and during the day, we didn’t notice any traffic noise. Motel staff were very friendly.
The Hamilton way surpassed my expectations! The room was lovely and nicely decorated and the beds we're very comfortable. There were plates, cutlery, glasses and cups available, which was surprising for a Motel room, which meant we could eat in. The location of the Hamilton was perfect! Close to Canberra for sightseeing and close to Queanbeyan for everything we needed for our stay. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were lovely! We will definitely stay again and recommend The Hamilton to family and friends! Thank you for a perfect stay!!
This is a small and long established Queanbeyan motel that has undergone a major renovation. The bathroom in my unit was on a par with the most upmarket establishment anywhere. I was welcomed warmly, the unit was spotless and bed super comfortable with a luxurious mattress topper. There was a complete kitchenette with a sink, quality tea/coffee and full size fridge. Canberra Ave is a busy road so if traffic noise bothers you stay away, but otherwise highly recommended.
One of the best motels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was large, very clean and comfortable and even had a proper fridge, not just a bar fridge. The staff were very friendly. Great place for my overnight.Rooms: 5/5
My parents and I booked two rooms and on arrival, the receptionist automatically changed a room to downstairs for my aged parents. I recieved a courtesy call, confirming out arrival time. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern, more than value for money. Will stay again and would definitely recommend. Rooms: Rooms were bigger than most motels I've stayed at. Comfortable couch, desk and dining setting. Large windows, great view. Nearby activities: Close to main street, eateries, Queanbeyan Club. Safety: Felt very safe, pleasant area, environment.
We had a perfect stay with our family. Booked 2 rooms and both rooms had everything you will need and more. 1. Renovated kitchenette and bathrooms 2. Kitchen had all essentials with a little refrigerator. 3. Very clean 4. Beds were very comfortable. Single beds was king size and comfy. 5. Reception people were always helpful and responsive over calls. 6. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. recommend! It's definitely worth the price. This is going to be our place next when we visit canberra.
When I first arrived into the motel I wasn’t expecting much but the room was absolutely gorgeous. Very nice bathroom which came with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and more. The beds were very comfortable and the overall aesthetic of the room makes it feel very clean. The kitchen came with cutlery, a microwave and a fridge. All you need. I was very impressed with the motel and if I come back to this area I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!
