A great place to have lunch and they have seating for groups. I love the good vibes between indoors & outdoor. They serve good pub meals & do takeaway as well.

Friendly staff, excellent meal and decent value. I had the Chicken Schnitzel with salad, chips and pepper sauce. It was delicious and only $20 - pretty great for the CBD.

Ordered the Mexican topped Chicken Parmi for lunch. The portion size was great with generous sides to complement. For $15, It'd on the mark for a sit down lunch in the city, add their tap beer special for $5 and your on a winner . The staff are friendly with no BS. Cheers Victory

Extremely friendly, professional and good looking staff. Such a good atmosphere with the good vibes from the staff and the great music going on in the background taking everyone to the next level. Might end my google review night here. Think it's the best scene I'm goanna find in Brisbane. Well done guys.

Nice meal, pub has a nice feel to it. Front bar cocktail prices were good, not expensive. I got the fish burger via the qr code built into the table and enjoyed the simplicity of ordering, paying and the burger was delicious! Would eat here again. Not overly priced either fir the city, very affordable

The lychee martinis were a great price and delicious as well. Minimal people in the front bar but karaoke went off. The band that were playing in the beer garden were great. Decent sized smoking area at the back.

Let me start with saying the staff were great. Polite, fast with service and happy. Unfortunately the food we received wasn't the best. It wasn't the worst but I expected better. The hot chips that were received with both meals and entree were unedible. The amount of salt seasoning was over the top. This also then made the accompanying meals push the limit on being to salty.

The bar staff were excellent. Our visit was for my visiting Nephew who turned 21 he is from the US and they treated us so great. The Karoke was an added bonus. Great food and drink selections.

Went on NYE with my wife and 18yo son. 3 pints of beer in and security staff told my son to leave with no reason given. We complied but as we were leaving two of the security staff started to, unprovoked and unjustified, verbally abuse us as we were leaving. One young security guy shoulder charged me as we started to leave, so told the young security guy to relax, as he was clearly juiced up on some intoxicant, which triggered him and his associates to violently physically assault me, choking me throughout, slamming me to the ground and then beating me in the head and face. They twisted my arm, attempting to break it. This beating lasted about 2-3 minutes. Couldn't breathe the entire time. Suffered multiple injuries. I'm sure it is all captured on CCTV. This will show the sequence of events. Been going there for over 25yrs. Bar staff were always great, friendly staff but the security lately needs to be criminally investigated. I have initiated further action.

Quite embarrassing the staff here refused drinks to two 40+ year old gents who quietly were watching the cricket, harming no-one and definitely not even close to drunk after only 3 standard drinks - WOW! Please management - get the right staff in your business. Know your customers, know your audience, and save paying decent patrons especially overseas travellers from embarrassment. Not sure why this hotel is in middle of the luxury shopping district and Brisbane’s best hotels, when travellers are treated unequal to local and younger audiences. This pub is not for tourists; or if you dare want to drink more than 3 drinks.
