Went there on a weekend and was passing by with my partner, decided to try it. My partner ordered a big breakfast which was average, and I ordered corn fritters with scrambled eggs. The fritters were also average but probably would've liked a few more elements on the dish rather than the 2x stacked fritters with scrambled eggs on top. Probably wouldn't go there again.
I was a little early for a meeting so I decided to pop in for a quick coffee and a sandwich. I’m so happy I did, this place is great, open, spacious and welcoming The staff were amazing and super friendly. I ordered a coffee and a simple Bacon & Egg toasted sandwich. They both were tasty and delicious. I’m going to make sure I go back when I’m next In Ashfield. Thanks guys
Came with a big group 12 without prior booking and the owner was very accommodating in helping shuffle tables together to allow us to all sit together. Food here is pretty decent and only let down will be the ratio of baked eggs to toast. Would be better if there was an extra slice to have a vessel to eat all the tasty goodness!Food: 4/5
Latte was ok ! And the Benedicts isn’t great - can’t complain about the quality but not worth the price I guess ! Maybe just try eggs on toast if you want to have breakfast
So lovely, staff are friendly and remember you! Small business but are just amazing, presentation and taste taste taste! Vegetarian options: Too many mention both meals were vegetarian but we aren’t veggie! Just delicious Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp then all one level Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free
A beautiful and spacious cafe located in front of Ashfield Mall with accessible indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was friendly, and food was great. Highly recommend their steak sandwich, poke bowl, and fettuccine boscaiola. The pasta was cooked perfectly and portion was good. Definitely my go-to cafe !
Had brunch here on Sunday morning- staff were super friendly and service was fast. Food looked great and were large servings but weren’t particularly special. The perfect basic breakfast.
Nice decor, spacious and bright. Service was minimal because you had to order at the counter, but it was still pretty good. Our table water was replaced and table was cleared quite timely. We had the corn fritters and the chilli green bowl with haloumi. Both were pretty good; nothing mind blowing but the corn fritters came out crispy so that was a bonus 80% of the time I get corn fritters, it's normally soggy. It looks like their lunch menu is more exciting though, so may come back to try that. Edit. Got food poisoned here after my meal so probably won't be back...
Walked in and went straight to the counter to order. Immediately noticed a sign saying “we have a 1.5% surcharge for credit cards” which I’m pretty sure is illegal now. I complained directly about this to the server. Server was incredibly rude and tried to insist upon where I was to sit. Asked how many of us there was. Then got into a heated argument about why she was asking where I was sitting when I’d not even sat anywhere yet. She then went on this epic rant about “needing to know which number the table was” to which I replied “why don’t you have the numbers behind the counter like everywhere else?” Bacon and egg roll was terrible and was on Turkish bread instead of being on a proper roll. Won’t be coming here again
Great cafe with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Food is plentiful and mouth watering. Customer service is spot on as well the table service. Great location with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Menu selection is impressive as well as the drinks selection. Highly recommend and will be visiting again soon.
