Our local industrial cafe, simply amazing! Kind and friendly staff that always help start the day well! Probably one of my favourite coffees in Melbourne, and their selection of food is sensational - haven't yet been disappointed by a meal here. Well worth what you pay 🙋🏻‍♂️

Decent smashed avo and coffee. Good place to smash out some emails over lunch - lots of people working on laptops. Very hard to find a park though

It’s like an oasis in the middle of an industrial desert. Driving there for the first time and not familiar with the area, we thought we had the wrong address. Google maps told us we were at our destination but we were still unsure, then lo and behold, a cute little cafe emerged surrounded by plants and planter boxes, wooden structures to look less like the neighbouring factories.
According to my Instagram feeds, this place is somehow famous for it’s red velvet pancakes. It’s 41 degrees today in Melbourne so we skipped the pancakes and ordered fish tacos and wagyu beef burger instead. It was tasty, fresh, well presented. Service was good and impressed that they served Sprite with a glass full of ice and lemon wedges. Nice little touch like this says a lot about the rest of the place. Definitely going back for the red velvet pancakes next time.

Friendly staff and nice venue. Meals are quite good and it an interesting alternative location for a cafe. Easy to find with parking available close  by

Clean, fresh and bright atmosphere. Busy Saturday morning but the staff was attentive and very friendly. Coffee was great and Benedict was spot on. Nothing out of this world but a pleasant experience none the less.
