Today i went to there and made a purchase, the staff were very helpful with the sale and researched information for me as well. I am a spastic paraplegic and almost fell on their floor. A few seconds after alerting them to my dilemma, Alex made sure i wouldnt fall and a beautiful lady who works there, found a chair quickly for me to sit. Due to extenuating circumstances, i almost placed their business trade in peril but was treated with kindness and consideration far beyond what was required of them. All of the staff that i spoke with or that spke to me were friendly, business like and very attentive to each customer's needs. Personally i think they deserve a medal.. Thank you for evverything.
Nice staff. Lots of furniture
The worst experience I have ever had. Had an item held for a definite purchase, but when about to collect the item we were informed that it had been sold. Upon further consultation with The Town Trader over the phone we experienced terribly rude treatment. Very poor customer service. Will not be visiting here again.
Terribly overpriced, and nothing cheap about it in anyway. You'd nearly be better to by new. Some nice stuff at times but again, too expensive for a supposed second hand store.
Phoned up paid for over the phone for some top quality furniture amd 20 minutes later delivered. Wow thats got to be the best service ever
good quality second hand house hold items and eletronics can deliver any large items buy som secondhand furniture and electronics
