I've been a regular at The Tote most Thursdays and Saturdays for quite some time. It's easily one of my favourite nights out. The atmosphere, the staff and the music is fantastic. One of the best bars around.nnDJ Issues obviously puts a lot of effort into creating a great vibe, and it's clear that everyone is having a good night. Whether you're there to dance, catch up with friends over a drink, have a bite to eat or just enjoy good music, The Tote is the place to be!nnIt's great to see a local venue supporting local DJs and creating such a great vibe. Im looking forward to many more nights out right here at The Tote!

I ordered a margarita pizza for $24 and this is how it came to me… no basil or cherry tomatoes or blobs of mozzarella like the photo had on it when I ordered it from the table, poor food quality for high end prices this is not a margarita pizza it was just a cheese pizza with tomato sauce will not be ordering food here again very disappointed and dissatisfied as I am a chef and know what a margarita pizza should look like.

We ordered a selection of dishes via DoorDash, totaling $80. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.nnLamb KoftanThe kofta arrived dry and noticeably overcooked, with a texture suggesting it may have been prepared earlier and reheated. The accompanying sauce was the highlight of the dish, offering the only element of flavour and balance.nnArancininThe arancini were disappointing, with an interior that was mushy and lacking any discernible truffle flavour. The exterior was overcooked, which further detracted from the overall execution.nnChive Mashed PotatonPresented as “chive mash,” this side was lumpy and under-seasoned. The presence of chives felt more like a garnish than a central flavour, leaving the dish unremarkable.nnButtermilk ChickennThe chicken was served in very small slithers, overwhelmed by an excessive coating of batter. Unfortunately, the batter carried little seasoning, resulting in an unbalanced ratio of coating to meat and a lack of depth in flavour.nnOverall ImpressionnFor the cost, the meal was underwhelming. While the menu suggested promise, the execution across multiple dishes left much to be desired in both texture and taste.

Wonderful service and food here! We’re a family of 6, and ordered 2 pizzas and 3 mains. The vegetarian pizza, ribs and schnitzel were first to finish, beef cheeks was super tender.
