Good size portion of chips and fish. Served in a box so the batter stays on your fish not stuck to the paper like other chip shops. Good variety of food on offer sadly they don't sell savolys. Parking: Free and flat very close to businesses Wheelchair accessibility: Very flat wide open frontage
I found the staff here extreamly rude & because they could not understand an accent other than their own!!! they proceded to laugh & smirk when I walked out of the shop! Who the hell does that this day n age ffs? I found this rather racist behavior as I am not from Stoke but have been going to Costa's for the past 5yrs!! Why should it matter what accent you have anyway? Stoke on Trent is multi cultral right? People from all walks of life are free to live were ever they wish in this world....so why were staff here so suprised & shallow when they heard a different accent other than their own? To make matters worse, this Idiotic childish, unproffesional behaviour happened in front of the boss! But he did nothing! The 2 women with dark hair especially the one with buck teeth should not treat customers this way & should be sacked! We will never eat from here again nor will we ever recommend this chippy! Absolutely shocking behaviour from 2 grown women & appaling customer service...

Ordered takeaway using Uber eats. Everything tasted amazing and was very fresh. Definitely the best fish and chips I've had in Stoke so far. Now that I've moved I'm gutted as it's outside the delivery range . We would be very grateful if you extended it

Chips were cold and tasted like cardboard gravy was like cement but the sausage was nice Avoid this used to be a lovely chippy don’t no what you done but worst chip shop meal I’ve had in many years

Stopped off here for a chippy dinner after buying a new van for work. Got to say some of the best chips I’ve had in a while. Prices are competitive and very generous portions. Keep up the good work guys.
Good food but rude if you ask to put on the salt and vinigar yourself, the answer will be a strict no for some reason, vry strangeFood: 4/5
