Trained the "bartender" that made the current menu. Had three original cocktails I'd taught them copied and rebranded. Very knowingly done. Poor practise and frankly just pathetic and childish. Bar also trades under illegal rules with the new owner. Some are just poor practises, some make sense. But at least three of these rules could earn the new owner in trouble with the employment court. However new staff seem too inexperienced/young to know about these....

Held Loren's 40th Birthday party here on July 15th. Fantastic service. The food platters were beyond my expectations and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. Thank you George Bar for helping us to celebrate Loren's birthday, and a fantastic evening.
