I liked the fact that there were lots of great music videos and full quality songs. However, the service was extremely slow bringing out food and drinks - in fact, we had to go out and check where our orders were on 3 separate occasions and each time it seemed like they'd forgotten.  Overall I enjoyed the time but there are other karaoke bars in Auckland that do a better job.

Got told there was parking space in their building. Definitely remembering for next visit.  Food was quitessentialy average, song selection could be more varied and up to date, staff was helpful, overall 4/5.  Pricing great when visited on new year special rates.  Edit: milk tea also good

This place really needs some work. The karaoke machine lags and jitters through out the entire 3hours we were there. It even hangs for well over half an hour. I gave them 2 stars for their attempt to make up for the experience by giving extra half an hour. However, that 1/2 an hour should be ours to begin with. I'd like to see them try a little harder, may be just a drink or something.

A lot of items on the food menu were not available and way overpriced!! And there was always a screechy static sound happening all the time during our 3 hour stay. Staff never knew what drinks they were bringing in and drinks menu also missed items

Great for parties and to get wasted! Karaoke and food is good too. If you don’t drink enough it means you didn’t have a good time.  Can’t wait to be back!

Their system is great but big problem is it doesn't have English... My other friends were a bit challenged. It's handy that they have free parking. Service was alright. Food was ok.

Smaller rooms available.  Toilet door would not close.... Hinges put on backwards.  Average music selection

Awesome atmosphere with a good selection of food, service is fast and is a good place to celebrate with family and friends.

relatively up to date music bank, with a toilet in every room. Food and drinks are pretty average.

I attended bollywood nights party theme on saturday with my friends. Dance club is alright.
