Amazing food here!! 
We popped in here for a very late lunch after doing adrenaline packed adventures all day.
We ordered from their lunch menu and could pick from assortment of authentic Indian dishes I have never commonly seen in other Indian restaurants. The food was so full of flavour and tasted so fresh! 
Their staff are wonderful as well - we had a tomato alergy in out group, and the waiter knew which dishes had tomato and assisted us in selecting choices that were friendly for all. I highly recommend you come here if you like Indian, it is the best we have had.

Went here for lunch after craving some Indian food. The food was very good, and the price was affordable for the lunch (dishes from $12). Very attentive staff. The head of the restaurant (I assume) quickly noticed that I was a big fan of spicy food, and he offered me to try some of his Carolina Reaper hot sauce with the food. That really did the job!

Pathetic in terms of quantity. Their serving though good in taste is more like cheating . They serve you some morsels, charge you a huge amount and you have to order again if you don't want to return on a half full stomach . Two of us and the bill was 80$. Had to order again as the food quantity was not even enough for a 5 year old. Strangely the second dish was served in a different bowl of pretty decent size. Is food all about taste and enormous bills ? Is it not about a decent fair quantity as well ? The bowl in which they served the first dish hardly had 5 morsels of chicken n gravy in all . I will say this indian kitchen is not for Indians . Will never visit again .

Horrible customer service. We left in disgust and went to the Thai place next door (great restaurant by contrast). Could be that since we are Indians we got the typical (I.e.. bad) treatment. Whites might be treated better.

The Taj is by far the best Indian restaurant outside of India. The food is authentic and the service is impeccable. You will not have better tasting Indian food anywhere. My only wish was that you were also located in Australia. Thank you
